The WHMIS course is designed to protect the health and safety of workers by providing information to employers and employees about the hazardous materials that exist in their workplace.
- WHMIS course was a joint effort between AWSA and OABA (Ontario Agribusiness Association).
- There are six modules covering training requirements, labels and Material Safety Data Sheets.
- Each module can be printed before the student takes a test of the module
- passing grade is 80%.
